We must receive your first and last name, and phone number to book. you Can only be scheduled through text message to 352-208-8613 or our online scheduling service. You must receive a text confirmation from SQUARE to be on our schedule. NO CONFIRMATION MEANS NO APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED.
PLEASE CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT VIA SQUARE BY 6PM THE DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, OR IT WILL BE CANCELED.
YOU WILL BE ASKED TO ENTER CREDIT CARD INFORMATION TO REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE. THIS IS NOT PAYMENT!!
YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNLESS YOU DON'T SHOW UP TO THE APPOINTMENT OR DO NOT GIVE PROPER NOTICE (which is 24 hours prior to the appointment time) TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE. IF YOU HAVE A GIFT CARD YOU CAN STILL BOOK ONLINE WITH A CREDIT CARD AND PAY AT TIME OF SERVICE WITH YOUR GIFT CARD. IF YOU ARE BOOKING IT AS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE, PLEASE USE THEIR NAME AND INFORMATION WHEN SCHEDULING AND IF YOU WISH TO PREPAY, YOU MUSH PURCHASE A GIFT CARD FOR THEM. THE CREDIT CARD YOU USE TO SECURE THE APPOINTMENT IS NOT ABLE TO BE USED AT TIME OF SERVICE unless it is put in as a card on file.
If there is a "no show" or if proper notice is not given for the appointment, we will require payment in full for the scheduled service, as our policy already states is the fee for that situation.

Our office hours are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Please contact us by text message, as we do not allow phone usage inside our facility! Please allow 24 to 48 hours for responses. Also, as much as we love little ones, please make arrangements for child care before coming in for your appointments! Silence cell phones before entering our property please, even talking on the phone on our front porch is prohibited as it disturbs massages in rooms with windows off the porch! Appointments MUST be canceled or rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours before the start of your services.
